Ms Teo is a Senior Associate in Chris Choo & Thomas Law Chambers. She graduated with a LL.B (Hons) from Multimedia University (MMU). With expertise in drafting Sale and Purchase Agreements and extensive experience in sub-sale transactions for both landed and non-landed properties, as well as mixed developments, Ms Teo is dedicated to providing efficient and effective legal solutions across all aspects of property transactions.

She also actively advises purchasers of developers' projects and prepares the necessary documentation for financial loan applications with major banking institutions in Malaysia. With a can-do spirit, she expeditiously approaches each case, aiming to ensure a seamless transaction for her client.

Ashley is a passionate and dedicated young lawyer who is deeply committed to her clients and consistently strives to achieve the best possible outcomes for them. She approaches each matter with diligence, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Among her notable portfolios, Ashley played a significant role in a complex litigation matter involving 266 plaintiffs, where she was heavily involved in managing and coordinating the case with confidence and efficiency. She has also gained substantial experience in debt recovery proceedings, execution proceedings, family law matters, and highly contentious litigation.

Cecelia is a passionate and fearless young lawyer who is constantly striving to sharpen her skills as an advocate and solicitor. She approaches each matter with determination, confidence, and a strong commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.

Cecelia has played a significant role in several highly contentious interlocutory applications, achieving a strong success rate across these matters, including proceedings involving matters before the Court of Appeal. Among her notable achievements, she was recognised for successfully opposing a stay of execution application brought by a developer against 266 plaintiffs whom she represented.

Her strong passion for the legal profession, coupled with her eagerness to learn and willingness to take on challenging matters, has enabled her to develop rapidly as a young advocate. Ms Tin serves as Administrative Manager, overseeing the firm's day-to-day office operations and administrative support for counsel and clients.

Her work includes coordinating appointments and enquiries, managing office records and correspondence, and ensuring internal processes run smoothly so the legal team can focus on client matters.
